The term “legend” gets thrown all the time in audio production circles, but my guest this episode really deserves it.
I’m sure you already know this but Ken Scott has worked with the Beatles, David Bowie, Elton John and Supertramp amongst so many others, so I was delighted when he agreed to join me for this episode !

I have to shout out to the concept of "end in mind". I myself am student of "The Reverse Engineer" program of Mastering.com online school, where they start with learning mastering, then continue to mixing, then ending with production. By the time you get to mixing, you know how the end product should sound like. By the time you get to production, you know how to mix towards good sounding song. Moreover, the community in that program is just amazing and ever supporting.
